The example below is showing you have already deleted an item in “Deleted Items” (Recycle Bin)

e.g. Confirmation of registration (WK)

i.) Choose “Folder” Tab

ii.) Click on your “Inbox”

iii.) Press “Recover Deleted Items” button

iv.) You will see recover deleted items list. Click on the deleted item you want to recover

v.) Press “Recover Selected Items” button

vi.) Click on your “Inbox”

vii.) You will see your deleted message has been recovered successfully in your inbox

Reminder: Server side protection on deleted items would last for 14 days only, please retrieve your deleted item within this effective period
