i.) Choose “Home” Tab

ii.) Press “Junk” button

iii.) Press “Junk E-mail Options…” button

iv.) Select junk email protection level that you prefer

The default level is low

If you found your valid email message with known email address filtered in junk box, you can modify your safe sender list.

v.) Go to “Safe Senders” Tab, press “Add…” button

vi.) Add the email address or domain name on your safe sender list

For example e.g. @cpce-polyu.edu.hk

vii.) Press “OK” button

If you find invalid email message with unknown email address show in your inbox, you can modify your blocked sender list for filtering.

viii.) Go to “Blocked Senders” Tab, press “Add…” button

ix.) Add the email address or domain name on your blocked sender list

For example e.g. @example.com

x.) Press “OK” button
