| Answer: i.) Click on “Home” Tab ii.) Click on “New E-mail” button 
 
 iii.) Click on “Options” Tab 
 iv.) Type your receiver email address besides “To…” button v.) Check the tick box “Request a Delivery Receipt” vi.) Type your Email subject and content, press “Send” button 
 vii.) If your email is sent successfully with delivery receipt, you will see this message box on right bottom corner 
 
 viii.) Please also check your Inbox, you will see this system message sent from Microsoft Exchange server showing your message has been delivered to your recipient
