Answer:


i.) Press “File” tab button

ii.) Click “Automatic Replies” button in Info Tab

iii.) Enter Start time, End time, and reply message

You may enter other reply message for outside organization sender

iv.) Select “Do not send automatic replies” to cancel the setting

Or you can click "Turn Off" button to turn off automatic reply
