Follow these step-by-step instructions to reset your CPCE Portal password

  1. Go to CPCE Portal.
  2. Click on "Forget Password" above the "New Student /Staff" button.

  3. Input your staff login name in the username to continue.
  4. Press the button "Recover with My Secondary Email" to continue.
  5. Check your staff login name and press search.
  6. Press "Continue" to send the security code email to your secondary email.
  7. An email contain the security code for resetting the password will be sent to the secondary email registered and you can use the code or the link within the email to re-confirm your identity and change the password.
