Add White List

In order to avoid treating the college email as the ‘Junk E-mail’, we suggest add the following domain names in the ‘Safe Senders and Recipients’ (box 2) list under the ‘Block or Allow’ (box 1) section

In Outlook Web App, click Settings Gear > Mail > Accounts > Block or Allow.

In (box 3), add the following information,

cpce-polyu.edu.hk

hkcc-polyu.edu.hk

speed-polyu.edu.hk
