Calling from other IP phone or outside
1. Call to 3565-1234;

2. Press "*" key;

3. Enter 8 digits Tel. no. (i.e. 3746XXXX) as the mailbox ID and follow by a "#" key;
(XXXX is your extension number)

4. Enter recent password and follow by a "#" key;

5. Press "4" to change Call Forwarding Options;

6. Follow the voice instruction you can:
- Press "1" to activate the call forwarding;

- Press "2" to deactivate the call forwarding;

- Press "3" to change the destination of the forwarding, enter destination number and follow by a "#" key;
(Set the destination as "35651234" to forward all calls to your voice mailbox.)

- Press "4" to listen to the current setting;

7. Hang up to end call after completed the setup.
