To use Batch Edit to update common settings across all content, such as visibility and due dates. Teachers can also use the tool to delete a group of selected course content. With Batch Edit, teachers can control content settings in one place and all at once.

Supported content types

• Course Links
• Discussions
• Documents
• Embedded Cloud Documents
• Files
• Folders (items within the same folder)
• Journals
• Learning Modules
• SCORM packages
• Teaching tools with LTI connections
• Tests
• Web Links

 

1 Select "..." (More options for course content) on the top of Course Content area.

2 Choose "Batch Edit".

 

3 Select items.

4 Choose which setting to be edited.

 

5 If editing the visibility, choose the appropriate value.

6 Click the button "Save Visibility".
