14.1.1 Course Duration

Note Students can access a course within the Course Duration. For restricting students to access a course, teachers can set the End Date in the past.

• Ongoing : No restriction to access.
• Days form enrollment : Restrict by number of days from enrollment. Select the number of days after enrollment in which a student is no longer able to access a course.
• Dates : Restrict by dates. Set dates and times for student access to begin, end, or both.
• Term (e.g. 2022-3 ITU) : Restricted by the start and end dates of the associated term. This option only appears when a term is defined for the course.

To allow students access to view the roster by selecting the toggle button. The roster visibility can also be managed on the Roster page.
