3.2Add A New Record

1 On the Subject Choices Page, read the notes.

2 Click "Select file".

3 Choose one file to upload from the computer.

4 Click "Upload" button to submit the file.

5 Click "OK" to confirm.

6 Please wait until the message "The file has been updated." shown.

7 Please checked the uploaded file and Last Modified Time. Click the download icons to get the submitted file.

 

Note 1 For updating the existing file, please select another file to attach.

 

Note 2 An email confirmation will be sent to users who have successfully submitted the Consultation Hours.
