8[During Test/Exam] Checking Identity and Taking Attendance

8.1 Checking Identity

On the course page of the Online Invigilated Test/Exam, click the link of the "Submission of Photo of Student and Student ID Card (Before Test/Examination Starts)".

On the Assignment Summary Page, click the "Edit Icon" on the top-right corner.

Select Download all submissions - "Student Name + Studnet ID"

On the computer, unzip the downloaded file.

On the computer, open individual photo to check the student identity.
8.2 Taking Attendance

On the course page of the Online Invigilated Test/Exam, click the link of the "Submission of Photo of Student and Student ID Card (Before Test/Examination Starts)".

On the Assignment Summary Page, press the "View all submissions" button.

Select the checkbox to enable "Quick grading".

Select the "Grade" (i.e. attendance) for each student one by one.

Input comments to individual student if any.

Press the "Save all quick grading changes" button when finished.

"The grade changes were saved", press the "Continue" button to confirm.
8
Unselect the checkbox to disable "Quick grading".
