Note Before the test/exam, students need to submit the photo of their own facial image holding their student ID card for each Invigilated Test/Exam.

 

1 On the course page of the Online Invigilated Test/Exam, click the "Actions Icon" on the top right corner.

2 Select "Turn editing on" to manage the course content.

 

3 Click "Edit" button for the Zoom Link.

4 Choose "Edit settings".

 

5 Update the name of the link (remove the suffix '(To be replaced)').

6 Copy the Zoom Meeting Link and paste to the field "External URL".

7 Press the "Save and return to course" button to save the change.

 

8 Click the updated link to double-check.
