4.1Bad Weather Arrangement

The "Take-home Examination" will follow the existing bad weather arrangements for examinations.

Actions to be Taken During Cancellation of Take-home Examinations Due to Bad Weather
4.1.1 ITU E-learning Team will hide the Centralized Groups

The HKCC/SPEED Exam Team will inform ITU to cancel the Take-home Examination due to the bad weather.

ITU E-learning Team will make all the Centralized Groups of the affected subjects hidden from students as soon as possible.
Note
If there are submission links located in different Individual Lecture Groups, ITU E-learning Team will make the submission links hidden from students at a later stage (i.e. after checking all the Question Paper and Answer Sheet are hidden).

Upon completion of step 2, "This course is not seeable and accessible by students. To let them access. Click here." will be shown at the top of the section "Take-home Examination".
4.1.2 HKCC/SPEED Exam Team will hide the section "Take-home Examination" in the Centralized Groups and Show the Centralized Groups

The HKCC/SPEED Exam Team will go to the Centralized Groups of the affected subjects by direct course link provided by ITU E-learning Team to hide the section of Take-home Examination. Exam Team will reschedule the examination within 3 working days (for HKCC) / 5 working days (for SPEED) and release the section of Take-home Examination only after the examination information and settings have been updated.

On the Centralized Groups, click the "Edit" button on the top-right corner.

Choose "Turn editing on".

For the section "Take-home Examination", click the "Edit".

Choose "Hide topic" / "Hide week" to make the section "Take-home Examination" hidden from students (including the Question Paper and/or Answer Sheet).

To make the Centralized Group visible to students, click the link "here" on the top of the page in the message "This course is not seeable and accessible by students. To let them access, click here.".

Add a label or post an announcement of cancellation on the top of the page if needed.
4.1.3 Check the Access Log of Question Paper and/or Answer Sheet by Exam Team/Subject Leaders/Lecturers

Exam Team/Subject Leaders/Lecturers can check the access log of Question Paper and Answer Sheet if needed. Go to the Centralized Groups, click the "Edit" button on the top-right corner.

Choose "More".

Choose "Logs".

Click "All activities" to choose the target activity (i.e. "Question Paper").

Press the button "Get these logs".

Check the users who accessed the file.
