1 Go to the Consultation Registration System https://osapps.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/SPEEDEW.

2 Sign in with username and password.

 

3 On the Home Page, click the "View Details" button for one of the Consultation Hours.

 

4 View the details of the Consultation Hours Registration.

5 "Registration Start Time", students can only submit their choices after this time.

6 "Registration End Time", students can only submit their choices before this time.

7 Press "Edit Choice" button to update the choice settings.

8 Press "Download Excel" button to download the submission summary in excel format.

Note In the excel summary, there are student username, selected options, and modified time.

 

9 View the summary of selected choices.

 

10 When necessary, teachers can assign a time-slot to a student.
