QuickMarks and Commenting Tools : [Video Guide]

 

QuickMark comments are a set of commonly used, predefined comments that you can use again and again. You can create your own set in Turnitin and share them with colleagues.

1.1.1 Creating New QuickMark Set

1 Click the "Setting" button to create a new QuickMark set.

2 Click the "Menu" button on the top-left corner.

3 Choose the "Create New Set".

4 Enter the name of the QuickMark set.

5 Press the "Save" button to save the QuickMark set.

 


 

1.1.2 Creating New QuickMark to A QuickMark Set

1 Click the "Menu" button on the top-left corner.

2 Locate the QuickMark set.

3 Click the "+" button to create a new QuickMark.

4 Enter the name of the QuickMark.

5 Enter the explanation of this QuickMark if any.

6 Press the "Save" button to save the QuickMark.

 


 

1.1.3 Copying QuickMarks From Existing QuickMark Set

1 Click the "Menu" button on the top-left corner.

2 Locate the existing QuickMark set (i.e. the source QuickMark set).

3 Chose QuickMark(s), hold the "Ctrl" key to select more QuickMarks.

4 Click the "Add to Set" button.

5 Chose the QuickMark set for putting the duplicated the QuickMarks (i.e. the destination QuickMark set).

 


 

1.1.4 Leaving QuickMarks for Selected Text

1 Highlight the any text / hold the finger on the text.

2 Click the "QuickMark" button.

3 Click the "Menu" button on the top-left corner.

4 Locate the QuickMark set.

5 Click to choose the QuickMark.

 


 

1.1.5 Leaving QuickMarks on the Paper

1 Click the "QuickMark" button on the right menu bar.

2 Click the "arrow" button to choose the QuickMark Set.

3 Locate the QuickMark set.

4 Drag and drop the QuickMark on the paper.
