As the Semester 2 comes to the end, teachers are recommended to archive the students' responses in Semester 2. After students give responses to the poll on Poll Everywhere, teachers can archive the poll responses and reuse the poll in other classes. And teachers may also retrieve the archived responses on Poll Everywhere.

There are two methods for teachers to archive the poll responses.

Method 1: Archive poll responses on "Polling Screen" page

Method 2: Archive poll responses on "My Poll" page

Method 1: Archive Poll Responses on "Polling Screen" Page

1 Click the "Clear Poll Responses" icon.

2 The poll responses will be archived immediately.

Method 2: Archive Poll Responses on "My Poll" Page

1 Bulk select the polls you want to archive the responses.

2 Click the "Clear" button.

3 Name of the archived record.

4 Press "OK".

5 All poll responses of the selected polls are archived.

1 Choose the "Visual Setting" icon.

2 Select "Bar".

3 You can select to retrieve the poll responses in "Results from".

• All Runs: Show all archived and current poll response.
• Current Run: Show all poll responses which you have not archived
• Archived Record: Retrieve certain archived record. The archived record name should be the time you archived or the name you changed before.

4 After choosing the "All Runs" or certain archived record, a reminder will be shown at the top of the poll to indicate that it is showing the past run.

Note Only Multiple Choice poll type can retrieve archived poll responses on "Polling Screen".

Method 2: Retrieve the Archived Poll Responses in "Report"

1 You may retrieve the archived poll responses by using the report function. You can select to retrieve the poll responses in "Select run" in report configure column

• All Runs: Show all archived and current poll response.
• Current Run: Show all poll responses which you have not archived
• Archived Record: Retrieve certain archived record. The archived record name should be the time you archived or the name you changed before.
