Open the Turnitin iPad app and select the class and assignment first. When you select your assignment, you will see a list of papers that are Ungraded, Graded and Not submitted. To start downloading your first document, click on the "Cloud (synchronise)" icon.

Option 1: Manual synchronization

By clicking "Not Now", you will need to synchronize manually submissions using the sync icon to bring any new submissions down from Turnitin on Moodle. You can change this setting at any time by clicking on the assignment information icon. Your first assignment will download and the other assignments will be available to download manually one by one as students submit them and you are ready to access them. A number next to the sync icon will prompt you that there are changes to sync between Turnitin and the iPad app.

Option 2: Automatic sync

By clicking "Sync Submissions", the Turnitin iPad app will fetch all papers for the assignment and keep the app updated with new papers as they are submitted. You can change this at any time by clicking on the assignment information icon. Please note that syncing large assignments can take several minutes.

Note Whenever your iPad is connected to the internet, any changes will be automatically synchronized between the iPad app and Turnitin every 5 minutes
