4.2Viewing the Turnitin Submission Inbox
Summary of Assignment Parts

Click the "Actions Icon" on the top right corner and select "Edit settings" to revise the Turnitin Assignment settings.

Go to "Submission Inbox" tab

Select the part of Turnitin assignment.

Assignment Name, Dates and Marks : Editing the content by clicking the "Pen" Icon.
Note
The Due Date must be after the Start Date, while the Post Date must be on or after the Due Date.

Export :
- Excel file : Downloading a excel file of the submission summary with Similarity Percentage.
- PDF files : Downloading a zip file of all students' original papers in PDF format.
- Files : Downloading a zip file of all students' original papers.

Managing Rubric of GradeMark.
Summary of Submitted Papers

Show Entries : Number of entries have been shown.

Search : Searching with Student Name.

Refresh Submissions : Synchronising data from Turnitin Server. .

Notify Non-Submitters : Sending message to students who have not submitted this assignment.

Turnitin Messages Inbox :
- Turnitin service notice
- Bulk download message (Bulk download files only available for seven days)

Column Headings : Click a column heading for sorting.

Similarity : A percentage indicating the overall similarity of the paper. Click the Similarity Percentage to open the Similarity Report.

Upload Icon : Upload a paper to the corresponding student. Please refer to [4.5 Submitting Papers on Behalf of Students] for details.

Download Icon : Download the student submitted paper.
