Course activities and resources can be restored by a backup file from Moodle System.

Note User Data in the activities CANNOT be restored, for example, user data of News and Announcement, Forum and Assignment.

1 On the Destination Course Page, click the "Actions" icon on the top right corner and select "Restore".

 

2 Drag and drop to upload the Moodle backup file OR click "Restore" to get the backup file from Moodle User private backup area.

 

3 Check the file details and press "Continue" button.

 

4 Choose "Merge the backup course into this course".

5 Press "Continue" button.

 

6 Check the Restore settings and press "Next" button.

 

7 Check the course content and press "Next" button.

 

8 Press "Perform restore" button.

 

9 The content was restored successfully, press "Continue" button.
