Call Transfer (Consultative Transfer and Blind Transfer)

Consultative Transfer

1. During a phone call, press “Transfer” key to transfer the call to other extension.
2. Enter an extension number.
3. Then press “Send” key.
4. After the extension answered, press the “Transfer” key to complete the call transfer process. If the extension refused the call or unavailable, press the “Cancel” to pick up the holding line again.

Blind Transfer

1. During a phone call, press and hold “Transfer” key for 2 seconds to transfer the call to other extension.
2. Navigate Up and Down to select “Blind” and then press “Select” key.
3. Enter an extension number, and transfer immediately.
