Broadsoft Phone Directory on Polycom IP phone stores all phone numbers of CPCE campus. You may find a staff's phone number by searching the directory. (Except ACD users.)

1. Press “Home” key and use Arrow key navigate to “Directories” and press “Center” button to enter.
2. Navigate to “4. Broadsoft Directory” and press “Select” key.
3. Use the number pad to enter the alphabet for searching. For example: press "2" twice for letter "B". Press “Submit” key to search.
4. Navigate Up and Down to select the result, then press “View”.
4. Press “Dial” to make the call to the phone number immediately.

Advanced Search

1. After enter to Broadsoft Directory, press “AdvFind” key
2. On Advanced Search screen, you may enter searching criteria such as First Name, Last Name, Phone number and/or Extension. Then press “Submit”
