The template poll allows teachers to change all the settings one time, on one poll. Then teachers can apply those freshly-polished poll settings to all your future polls.

Note 1 We recommended the teachers to set up a new poll as a template poll. In this template poll, please make sure to set the visual settings, response settings, and lock settings. It’s best to use a multiple-choice type, so teachers can choose the look of the labels and bars too.

1 Log in to your Poll Everywhere account and click your username.

2 Click "Settings".

3 Scroll down to Poll Settings, you can see the "Template Poll". Click "Set".

4 Select your prepared template poll.

5 To apply that poll’s visual settings to all existing polls, click "Apply to all my polls". To apply visual and response settings only to future polls, skip that button.

5.1 & 5.2 When alert boxes pops up, click "OK" to proceed.

Note 2 This is PERMANENTLY change for all your existing polls and no UNDO.

6 After finished the setting of the template poll. Please click "Update profile".

Update the Template Poll

If teachers would like to update the template poll, please follow the steps below:
