Poll Everywhere support various report types. You can select the kind of report you want to make.

9.1.1 Executive Summary

Visual big-picture overview. Shows engagement, total responses and participants, and each poll's screenshot. Useful ROI infographic.

This report shows:

Summary of all polls

  • Polls no.
  • Participants no.
  • Audience size
  • Average Responses
  • Average engagement rate

Result per poll

  • Response options (MC/Ranking)
  • Response (Q&A/Open end)
  • Count
  • Percentage
  • Upvotes/ Downvotes no.
  • Rank
  • Engagment rate per poll
  • Responses per poll

9.1.2 Response pivot table

Full detail table with one row per response, perfect for exporting ti Excel pivot tables. Useful for grouping crosstabs, ore computing sums and averages.


This report shows:

  • Received at
  • Participants name
  • Participant id
  • Response method
  • Poll title
  • Response
  • Correct
  • Approved
  • Poll type
  • Poll owner
  • Poll group

9.1.3 Gradebook

Compact table with participants listed down the lest and questions across the columns. Shows scores, participation, and attendance. Sort by rank to use as a leaderboard.

  • Participant name
  • Participant ranking (Sorts by correctness and speed across all poll)
  • Grade per participant
  • Participation per participant
  • Polls ( If participant have responded in that poll, the spot color will change to deep gray)
  • Average Participation rate (all participant and per poll)

9.1.4 Responses by participant (Survey results)

One section per participant, one line per question. If a group of questions was used as a survey, use this report to view each participant's responses in order.
